This jacket is really nice and a spectacular value! It is true to size (always a worry with Chinese garments) but it does run long in back for someone my size.I am 5'8" 170 pounds with a dad bod. Usually I fit in a large in most other well-know cycling brands "sport" fit jerseys, shorts, etc. That was the case here. But the back of the jacket is cut longer in back and in my opinion about 3" too long.Other than running a bit long in back this jacket is a really great value. I have worn it once and it was perfect for a 30 degree day so I would say you could call this a winter jacket and that would be accurate. The material thickness is in line with other winter cycling jackets I have had over the years. Underneath I did wear a mid-weight long sleeve jersey and a base layer. I would have no hesitation recommending this jacket for temps from low 20s to low 40s based on what under layers you are using.Back to how long it was in back. It actually goes to the bottom of my butt so I folded under about 3"-4" inches and secured with duct tape on the inside of the jacket. If I was ambitious, probably a tailor or seamstress could make a more permanent fix.But this jacket is so good, I still want to give it five stars despite running long.I would say the ideal fit is for a person around 5'10" or 5'11" with average proportion or maybe 5'8" or 5'9" if you have a long torso and short legs.
