Came matted up from shipping but put in dryer a few minutes and fluffed up the fill and fur. The hood is huge but I guess so it would fit over a helmet. It’s not unusable but very large and impedes vision. It was 15 degrees out when I first tried it and stayed warm . I ordered up to allow room for sweaters and it was a good call. I would like sleeves an inch longer but otherwise a good deal and qualityNice coat, but I see no way to cinch the hood.Overall, I liked the coat. Its very warm. And it fits true to size. I'm 5"4 and weigh 175 lbs and got a size large. It was almost perfect but the zippers didnt seem to be good quality. I had such a hard time zipping it and it seems like alot of work just to get the buttons through the holes and I don't feel like sparing 5 minutes just to wrestle buttoning it up. Sleeves were a little longer than expected but definitely could've dealt with that. The coat was also a little bulky for my liking. I felt like the coat would later break on me so I returned it for something else.The coat runs a little big. It’s nice and warm but I ordered white. It’s not a true white more of a very light khaki. Very disappointed since I very specifically wanted pure whiteMedium- I love all the pockets and how warm it is. you can even put a small pistol in the inside pocket if you wanted to do a concealed. It is a little long in the arms and I am 5' 8. A little on the baggy side everywhere as well but it will be fine when I layer up.Love this jacket!! Very warm and comfortable! Would recommend it. The seller is awesome, jacket arrived right on time and packaged well.The jacket states that it’s white and color appears like it’s white in the picture but this is NOT WHITE. Off eggshell color white is what it is.I had ordered a size large so I ended up also returning it for a size up as my hips were too wide for the bottom to fit and I repurchased it in black.I bought this for my sister and when it arrived, even though it was in a sealed bag, the fake fur was literally all over the coat. I took it out of the bag and literally grazed over the fur with my fingers to see what it felt like, and it fell out all over the place. The coat was a dingy white color as well, so I figured I might as well just return it. They were great about getting me a refund though.
